KULESHOV Sergei Viktorovich, born in 1981, is Chief Researcher, Deputy Director for Research of Saint Petersburg Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPC RAS). He received his M.Sc., PhD, Dr. Sc. Eng. and Prof. of RAS in 2003, 2006, 2012 and 2022 respectively.

Head of Laboratory of research automation since 2016. Deputy Director for research since 2019. S.V. Kuleshov is a specialist in the field of computer vision, digital image and video processing for UAV, natural language processing and the development of internet search systems. Under the leadership of S.V. Kuleshov a new generation of data transmission systems based on the concept of active data in networks with moving nodes have been developed.
