Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Dr. Valery Falkov extended his congratulations to students, teachers and employees of the Russian universities on the academic year beginning:
"I want to congratulate a huge multi-million team of Russian students, especially first-year students, on the First of September. I would also like to thank those who organized the admission campaign and did it brilliantly; I mean a great number of our Russian universities’ staff members of. Of course, I congratulate pedagogues, veterans, professors and associate professors, academicians - everyone who is engaged in the educational process, everyone who generously share their knowledge and experience, who works with students. I would very much like this new academic year to be a traditional one, and we have finally finished these tests."
