On October 22, the international scientific and practical conference "Up to Date Problems of Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring in the CIS" dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Russian State Hydrometeorological University was opened in Tauride Palace. The first talk at the plenary session was given by Shami R. Pozdnyakov, Director of IL RAS - SPC RAS.
