On November 19, 2020 passed away the staff member of IAERD – SPC RAS an outstanding scientist Alexander Grigoryevich Trafimov, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences https://szniesh.ru.
Alexander Grigoryevich contributed a lot conceptually and practically to the development of the Agricultural Sector of Russia and Leningrad Region, being an active participant of establishing and organizing the livestock complexes and other necessary infrastructure facilities.
Under the guidance of Alexander Grigorievich JSC «Breeding Factory «Ruchi» has evolved into a diversified sustainable enterprise-agricultural innovation where "Agricultural Education Center" turned into a large-scale innovation platform for training the new formation professionals, there delivered courses included the MBA Program of the Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy.
Alexander Grigoryevich has always maintained close ties with universities of the country and St. Petersburg, arranging for them financial support, giving lectures, speaking at scientific conferences, taking students to practice and conducting tours to the JSC «Breeding Factory «Ruchi» facilities.
