SRC RAS Director A. L. Ronzhin wishes a Happy New Year to the Center staff members
“Dear SRC RAS members!
In 2020 the reorganization of six academic institutions of the North-West has been successfully completed and resulted in the SRC RAS establishing. It was a long and complex process both legally and psychologically. Along with internal and external reforms the pandemic has become a significant negative factor that forced us to transform the existing scientific and educational activities and turn to advanced digital technologies enabling more effective remote interactions. A number of major international conferences on human-machine interaction, robotics, and ecology were organized via videoconferencing. Joint seminars and meetings of Scientific Councils allowed for identifying the key interdisciplinary areas in the digitalization of environmental management and agricultural production. Due to the efforts of scientists new cooperation agreements as well as research contracts for the next year were signed with Russian and international organizations.
The coming 2021 year has been declared the Year of Science and Technology in Russia, and our task is to adequately present the results of our basic and applied research at internal and external markets. Versatile profound scientific groundwork, a combination of human and technological resources will allow for all our well-conceived plans implementing. May good health, inexhaustible energy and joy based on scientific achievements accompany you throughout 2021!
