On February 9, 2021 Academician A.I.Kostyaev by the invitation of the Altai State Agrarian University Rector, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Nikolay A. Kolpakov, delivered the presentation entitled "Rural territories: models and mechanisms of their development” at the plenary session of the XVI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Agricultural science - to agriculture» timed to the Year of Science and Technology in Russia.
Participation of representatives from nine countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Russia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine confirmed the Conference international importance; 97 institutions from 40 Russian cities have joint the event.
