Presentation entitled "Artificial Intelligence: Scientific Content, Trends, Opinions and Misconceptions" will be delivered by Professor Vladimir I. Gorodetsky, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation. The presentation will address the Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an independent interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary science that forms the scientific foundations of advanced intelligent information technologies and systems, and as the key strategic direction in the development of information systems and technologies of the present and, at least, the near future.
The presentation idea is to give an outline of modern structure research and applied developments in Artificial Intelligence, as well as of the current content of its major research trends, and to highlight and submit to discussion the official, my own, someone else's and alien opinions on the topical areas of the AI research and technological development in the near future.
