Within the "Memory Dialogue" speeches were made by Anastasia Zotova, a member of the International Expert Group "The Victory Immortal Regiment"; Yulia Buyanova, head of Scientific and Educational Department of the State Memorial Museum of Defense and Siege of Leningrad; Peter Gaidukov, head of the F. M. Kozlov War and Military Service Veterans ' Choir and Alexander Karasev, Chief Editor of the “Pridnestrovie” newspaper.
The Great Patriotic War veteran Igor Rostislavovich Ilyin, an aircraft mechanic of the legendary aviation regiment "Normandy-Neman", who lately celebrated his 95th Anniversary and currently lives in Tiraspol (Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic), joined the telebridge. In honor of the United Nations 75th Anniversary, Vladimir Khrapovitsky, a member of the F. M. Kozlov War and Military Service Veterans’ Choir, Igor Gorchakov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Francois Modeme, Soloist of the Donetsk Philharmonic Society, performed in the online event.
The "Dialogue of Memory" became possible owing to selfless activities of the Interregional Public Organization "The Victory Immortal Regiment" («Бессмертный Полк Победы») headed by Sergey Borodulin.
