From March 10-13, 2021 at SPC RAS was held an internship for participants of the program "Leaders of Scientific and Technological Breakthrough" being realized through the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO by the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
The educational program "Leaders of Scientific and Technological Breakthrough" implemented through the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO by the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation under the project: "Improving the Managerial Human Resource Capacity at Scientific and Educational Organizations of Higher Education, Subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, as Aimed at Ensuring Global Competitiveness".
In the internship progress three teams tested the Project hypotheses in the following thematic areas:
At the consultations, seminars and meetings run by the Center, options for certain near prospective transformations of the SPC RAS research activities were proposed, what allowed for improving the participants’ knowledge in managerial competencies. The teams’ activities were attended by the heads of the FSSI “Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Problems”, the FSIS “Siberian Federal Research Center for Agro-biotechnologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences” and the Center for Neuro-economics and Cognitive Research of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”.
Atmosphere of the above internship was filled with fruitful and constructive discussions.
