From April 20 - 23, the Lomonosov Moscow State University hosted the Annual Scientific Conference "Lomonosov Readings", that included the Economic Sciences Section entitled "Generations of Economic Ideas".
At Session 5.2. "Evolution of Agro-economic Science and Agri-food Economy: Vectors of Progress", the recognized scientists from IAERST – the SPC RAS structural division delivered presentations as follows: Chief Researcher, Doctor of Economics, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences A.I.Kostyaev : "Transformation of Forms of Management in the Agricultural Sphere of the Russian Non-Chernozem Region"; Chief Researcher, Doctor of Economics, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences G.N.Nikonova: "Land and Willpower or "Will the State Have Enough Ambitions to Solve the Land Problem in the Agricultural Sector?".
