This year the Day of the Agricultural Workers in Russia is celebrated on October 10. The final name "Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers" was given to the holiday in 1999 and combined several important days for agriculture: All-Union Day of Agricultural Workers, Day of Food Industry Workers and Meliorator’s Day. The holiday is celebrated by those who work in agriculture: farmers, engineers, rural workers, combine harvesters, animal technicians, workers at the conveyor and security specialists, and whose hard work contributes to achieving high results and improving life in rural areas.
The development of the agro-industrial complex is one of important priorities, since agriculture is the most important segment of our country's economy ensuring its food security, well-being and the export capacities’ development.

Your research and developments contribute to the enhancement of the Russia's food security, the development and strengthening of domestic agro-industrial complex based on modern cost-effective biological and information technologies of the 21st century.
