Dear Colleagues:
Today it is impossible not to recall the difficult situation of March 2020 – the beginning of the pandemic, which caused a surge of oppressive uncertainty and the collapse rules of regular life. We have not faced such a global problem before, affecting all aspects of our daily and professional life. In conditions of increased negative information impact on our team, it showed prudence, calmness and understanding of the processes going around, respectful and sensitive attitude to colleagues.
And once again, the hour has come that requires us to reveal the best human qualities: generosity and perseverance, wisdom and compassion, responsibility and professionalism. It is necessary to exercise presence of mind, not to succumb to emotional impulses provoked by the heavy information atmosphere, and to focus on the development of domestic technologies in order to contribute more to improving the information, economic, environmental and food security of Russia.
Our intensive international cooperation in science, long-term productive relations with international research community have contributed and keep contributing to the consolidation of peace and development of basic scientific accomplishments for the benefit of mankind.
