Researchers of SPC RAS have developed a domestic digital system for managing the agro-industrial facilities. The development operates on domestic software, it can be individually configured for efficient and automated production of various types of agricultural products and controlled remotely via the Internet from personal computer or smartphone.

Because of the introduction of such technologies, it is possible to remotely control watering and fertilizing plants by a phone or computer. Microgreens, spicy and ornamental crops were grown as prototypes. This development is one of the major projects of SPC RAS in automation and digitalization of various branches of agriculture in Russia. Among such projects is  a robotic complex developed to help farmers to effectively perform various types of agricultural work (sowing and harvesting, cargo delivery, spraying and watering crops), as well as unmanned drone with installed module for laser processing of farmland whose assistance in the plants’ processing will contribute to enhancing their productivity. In addition, researchers of SPC RAS annually present their latest developments at the key All-Russian agro-industrial exhibitions.
