On August 26, Nikolai Kolpakov, Rector of Altai SAU, and AndreyRonzhin, Director of SPC RAS, signed an agreement on cooperationin scientific,educational and industrialfields in order to trainhighly qualified personnel and createcompetitive domestic technologies for the agro-industrial complex.
Agreement assumes favorable terms for fosteringresearch and developments,training courses (including online ones), educational and industrialpractices, scientific internships for students, graduate students and scientific and pedagogical personnel; in regard to growing agriculturalproducts using innovativeagrotechnologies, robotic groundand aerialunmanned vehicles anddigital technologies.
Joinly with the Altai SAU, it is planned to hold the V Jubilee International Conference onDigitalization of Agriculture andOrganic Production (ADOP2025), to be held in Barnaulon the
Choice of Altai SAU as a co-organizer of the ADOP 2025conference is nota casual one. Scientists of the Altai SAU participatedin allprevious conferences, and thisyear hosted in Barnaul the first agrodron air show "Altaagrobas-2024", at the experimentalfield of the Altai SAU on April 24, 2024. The experience of the Altai SAU staff members in operation of agrodrons isvaluable knowledge for the participants of the considered conference. Moreover, Altai SAU is the only agriculturaluniversity that has won theopen selection of providers for the training of participants in youth engineeringteams within the framework of building flexibleeducational trajectories of the federal project"Personnel for UnmannedAircraft Systems".
