On April 12, 1961 the Soviet pilot- the USSR cosmonaut Yuri Alekseevich GAGARIN aboard the Vostok spacecraft performed the first in the World’s history space flight.
Scientists of St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPC RAS) found out that in St. Petersburg from 2014 to 2020, significantly decreased the level of milk and dairy products consumption among the needy and many-children families. To solve this problem, the researchers proposed a number of measures and mechanisms to provide these groups of the city population with the necessary minimum of dairy products, particularly, through targeted food assistance and the development of "School Milk" system.
