Experts of the SPS RAS have confirmed the effectiveness of interbreeding of reindeer in Russia

Scientists of the St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPC RAS) carried out experiments on crossing several breeds of reindeer in Russia. The results of the study demonstrated an increase in meat productivity in the first-generation hybrids. This practice can be used to increase the productivity of reindeer herding.

Research team of SPC RAS has developed a system for wireless charging robots underwater

Specialists of the St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPC RAS) have developed a system that allows for wireless transferring energy underwater. The development, that has no analogues in the Russian Federation, particularly, will find an application in geological exploration and monitoring of water bodies, where such systems will be able to reliably and safely service the corresponding robotic systems.
