A group of researchers from the St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPC RAS) and the Presidential Academy have developed unique algorithms for transparent and automated assessment of the success rate for the managers' career trajectory. The development allows for analyzing the effectiveness of implementing the university educational programs, as well as personnel projects that involve various levels managers from government agencies, private companies, and corporations.
